Kit Pfeiffer

President

A Colorado native, energy-industry executive, and conservative policy leader with deep roots in the Rocky Mountain energy economy. Kit currently serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial at X2 Resources, and previously built the commercial infrastructure behind XCL Resources' rapid growth in Utah's Uinta Basin — work that contributed to XCL's 2024 sale to SM Energy. A graduate of the Leadership Program of the Rockies, he serves as EFAR's principal public voice with policymakers, media, and stakeholders.

Adam McInturff

Executive Director, Political & Government Affairs

A Washington, D.C.-based political and public-affairs strategist with national experience advising federal, state, and ballot-measure campaigns. Adam works at the intersection of electoral strategy, data, polling, and media targeting, with deep ties across the Mountain West. He has advised campaigns and organizations across the country and served as a lead consultant on major statewide ballot-measure efforts.

Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Five Seasons Media, a full-service digital media and video agency for political and advocacy clients. A multiple Edward R. Murrow Award-winning former broadcast journalist, Josh brings a distinctively story-driven approach to political communications and leads EFAR's paid media creative and digital strategy.

Andrew Loposser

Senior Advisor, Political Affairs & Voter Contact

A Republican political strategist and public-affairs consultant, and founder of APL Consulting and Assembly Strategies. A former Chief of Staff in the Virginia General Assembly with deep experience in legislative operations, party infrastructure, and grassroots organization, Andrew advises EFAR on voter contact, field operations, and the political infrastructure needed to move votes on ballot measures and candidate races.
